The family bathroom is situated on the first floor and comprises a L shaped shower bath, WC, handbasin and heated towel radiator.

Hot water is on demand via our combo boiler so there is always enough water to bathe or shower at any time.

Wi-fi connectivity in all rooms, pergola and sun terrace is excellent so surfing the net is an uninterrupted pleasure.

The wi-fi hub is located in a purpose built cupboard in the kitchen.

For those who require a quiet environment to use their laptop to keep in touch with their work or for working at home during their stay at Hill House the dressing table in Bedroom 1 provides the idea location.

Bedroom 1 is a large master bedroom with plenty of space for erecting out travel cot if required.

This bedroom is adjacent to our downstairs shower room that makes it ideal for guests with minor mobility issues.

There are access doors to the kitchen, back porch and sun terrace, television room and there are stairs to the first floor.

Gloves and fire irons are provided as well as your first basket of kindling and logs. There are supplies of kindling and logs inside our bicycle shed and these can be purchased as required via a honesty box payment system.

The television room is set up for your viewing delight. Just select and sign into your streaming service and sit back and watch to your hearts content.

Our broadband wi-fi connection is super fast and you should not experience any disruption (such as buffering) to your streaming service.

Netflix, Prime, iPlayer, itvX, Channel 4, Channel five, etc, are all installed on the TV. Please don’t forget to log out of your account before the end of your stay at Hill. House.
